Group Rate Details

We have secured a group rate of $246 per room, per night (single/double occupancy), plus state and local taxes. The daily resort fee for WIC attendees is $50 per room, per night, plus tax.

Resort Fee Includes:

• Entrance to Coqui Water Park
• Transportation to and from the resort’s private island, Palomino Island
• Daily basic internet access in guestrooms and public areas
• In-room bottled water

Booking & Cancellation

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. The deadline for reserving rooms is Friday, April 3, 2026. Please reserve your guestroom via this reservation link or by calling the resort directly at +1 (787) 863-1000 ext. 7354 and reference the group rate for Wood Industry Association.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card, and the hotel will charge a deposit equivalent to one night's room and tax at the time of booking. Cancellations up to seventy-two hours (72) prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of arrival.

Booking within the association block helps us secure lower room rates and discounted meeting facilities. We encourage all participants to stay at the conference hotel to support these benefits.
